1.4 Our Apps/Site is directed at individuals located globally but subject to Cayman Islands law. Use in any jurisdiction that would render such services illegal is prohibited.

All intellectual property rights in our Apps/Site and content are owned or licensed by Aurora Life. You are granted a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only.
Our Apps/Site may link to third-party websites or services, for which we are not responsible.
We reserve the right to monitor, remove, restrict access to, or suspend the Apps/Site for any reason, including breaches of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Apps/Site or Services at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Apps/Site and Services are provided "as is."
We exclude all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed USD $100.
You may terminate use at any time. Aurora Life may terminate access without notice for breach of these Terms.
When using Aurora Life mobile apps, you agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms from the App Store (Apple/Google Play).
12.1 Electronic communications between you and Aurora Life satisfy legal communication requirements.
12.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Aurora Life.
12.3 Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cayman Islands courts.
